As the Electrical Coordinator: Longwall Installs, you will be responsible for the coordination of all electrical maintenance activities and resources within the Longwall Move & Installs team at Aquila Mine. - Lead a systematic approach in the identification and delivery of sustainable electrical maintenance processes and methods
- Build, lead and develop the electrical maintenance crews to deliver the annual plan with optimal performance
- Plan for upcoming Longwall Moves by ordering kits in advance as required, and provide a high level and detailed planning and risk management practice
- Analyse performance data to identify and prioritise areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all people, safety, technical, operating and business systems, behaviours and culture in your area
Collaborate and build strong relationships across a range of both internal and external stakeholders
