We are expanding our team and seeking talented individuals to fill key Management Positions at our Urangan office. Established in 2004, we have consistently grown and are now looking for dedicated and experienced professionals to help drive our continued success.

Roles and Responsibilities:
As part of our management team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising various aspects of our operations, ensuring efficiency, quality and safety at all times. These roles will be full time working alongside the Director, Office Administrator and Project Manager. The responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Foreman: Supervising and coordinating on-site activities, including resource allocation, task assignment, and ensuring work is completed to specification and on schedule.
- Operations Manager: Assisting with the day to day management of quotes, invoicing, scheduling, job orders, and procurement. Providing technical support to field staff and administrative team. Ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.
- Project Manager: Overseeing the preparation and management of project tenders, including evaluating bids, designing specifications, and negotiating contracts. Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within budget and timeline constraints. Managing project resources, communicating with stakeholders, and resolving any issues that may arise during project execution.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Relevant trade background and experience in the electrical industry for all positions
- Electrical workers licence
- Drivers licence
- LVR/CPR Certificate
- EWP Licence an advantage
- Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Commitment to upholding safety standards and promoting a culture of safety within the organisation
