The Role
As the Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee, coordinate, and contribute to the daily delivery of site works to ensure a high level of productivity and safety. This role will be responsible for several disciplines, carrying out support functions, and offer direct, practical hands-on assistance as required. This role delivers the construction of power stations throughout Western Australia primarily, on a 2:1 roster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating all labour onsite and managing works for building and construction process.
- Provide forecasting of labour resources, action procurement of goods and manage the delivery of plant and equipment.
- Actively update all records including daily site report, weekly reports, work breakdown reports, quality documentation and HSE reporting.
- Responsible for the efficient delivery of the project.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Quality Assurance programs in line with company policies and procedures.
- Foster a workforce culture of continuous improvement, innovation, honesty, and teamwork.
- Be prepared to step up as the responsible person for site under Schedule 26 in the Site Managers absence.
About You:
- WA “A” Grade Electrical License.
- Managing labour resources and procurement.
- Coordinating delivery of materials, plant, and equipment.
- Proven experience in construction practices to ensure compliance with project management procedure, and health and safety guidelines.
- Experience in reporting and document management.
- Certificate in Leadership and Management or equivalent.
- Passion for Health and Safety, with a proven track record.
