Job Title: Electrician (Foreman/Site Supervisor)

About Us: We are currently working with a dynamic and expanding electrical contracting company specializing in commercial projects up to $250k in value. With a focus on quality workmanship and client satisfaction, we take pride in delivering exceptional electrical solutions to our clients.

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Electrician, ideally with 2 years of experience post-apprenticeship, looking to advance their career into a Foreman/Site Supervisor role. The successful candidate will join our team to oversee and manage commercial electrical projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of electricians on commercial electrical projects.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Interpret electrical drawings and specifications to guide installations.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Conduct quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a qualified Electrician.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
