About the role
SCEE Electrical are looking for highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisors to join our team in our BHP Newman and Port Hedland projects on a full-time basis. This is a FIFO role based on a 2:1 roster.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure all personnel maintain safe systems of work
- Plan activities in accordance with standards and to minimise inefficiencies
- Direct and coordinate the workforce for electrical requirements of the contract
- Understanding of risk management, quality assurance and control
- Participate in safety investigations, reporting and discussions
- Participate in Quality Assurance audits
- Liaise with client and contractor representatives
- Monitor relevant site instruction to ensure costs are captured and agreed to

To be successful in the role you will have:
- At least 3 years demonstrated experience in an Electrical Supervisory position.
- BHP Inductions and WHS Statutory Supervisor training (Schedule 26) are highly desirable.
- Hold a Grade A WA electrical licence and white card.
- A high level of commitment to safety.
- Well developed Leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
