Electrical Trade Teacher - Training Role

 NECA Education & Careers provides training to the Electrical industry as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in our purpose-built facilities in both Carlton and Dandenong. This includes pre-apprenticeship, apprenticeship and our range of industry short courses.. 

As the electrical industry’s sole joint Group Training / Registered Training Organisation, and the largest single employer and trainer of electrical apprentices in Victoria, NECA Education & Careers occupies a distinct space where apprenticeship employment and training converge.

What will your role involve at NECA Education & Careers?

• Co develop, deliver and assess training programs and build your knowledge as a great teacher
• Awesome leadership training and opportunities to progress your career (if that’s your thing)

Yes, you must have a Grade A electrical licence and over 5 years industry experience. Also, a passion for making a difference and genuinely want to share your knowledge.

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE 40116 (but if not, we’ll work with you to get it)

Work with Children’s Check (current employee version)

- This teaching role could be either a full time or casual to keep working in industry and try teaching out., starting at 7.00 am, and can include weekend training if desired

- Note: we have 2 campuses in Carlton and Dandenong so you could engage across either one, or both, depending on where you feel better placed.
