Electrical Tradesman

SSC Electrical Group are seeking a talented electrician to join our team of renewable energy professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience in Residential and Commercial Electrical, Solar, Battery, EV installation, maintenance and repair. 

Responsibilities are as follows,

- Install, maintain, and repair solar energy systems, including solar panels, inverters, and mounting hardware.

- Install and maintain Battery and EV systems.

- Perform electrical wiring and connections to integrate solar panels with existing electrical systems.

- Conduct site assessments to determine optimal placement of solar panels and identify any potential obstacles.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with solar energy systems, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards.

Requirements 

- Proven experience as a solar electrician or electrician with solar installation experience.

- Knowledge of solar energy systems and components.

- Familiarity with electrical codes and regulations related to solar installations.

- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working at heights.

- Strong commitment to safety practices.

- Valid A Grade license or certification preferred.
