We are an independent Electrical Wholesaler in Smithfield. Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 6:30am to 4:00pm.
Qualifications & experience
- Must have previous experience in Electrical Wholesale or Electrical Trade.
- Excellent presentation skills and hygiene.
- Ability to build rapport with account customers.
- Have a current driver's license with a clean driving record.
Tasks & responsibilities
- You will have responsibility for serving customers on the counter, taking phone orders and email enquiries.
- Creating purchase orders, invoices and quotes for customers.
- Be able to coordinate deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in pick and pack of goods, general store work and housekeeping. You may from time to time be asked to assist with other parts of the business, providing general support to branch manager and other team members when required.
- Developing relationships with existing account customers. Working towards becoming a product knowledge expert to help customers find products they need.
- Must have good customer service skills, and a positive attitude.
