Address The RoleAs a mobile Maintenance Dual Trade HVAC / Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for completing planned and reactive commercial maintenance across multiple key contracts for BGIS.
This role is based in Newcastle / Central Coast, NSW.
Test and Maintain both Electrical and HVAC Assets for our commercial sites (BP, Hospitals & Qantas)
Assemble, install, test, and maintain heating, cooling, refrigeration and equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
Inspect and maintain refrigerators and chilled water supply systems as required.
Inspect and maintain the BMS.
