Each of our employees is committed to uphold our tradition of care, quality, and passion through food, and together, we foster an environment where we can all make contributions that matter–from our manufacturing plants to our office locations and everywhere in-between.We’re looking for an experienced electrician to join our team, based at our production site in Leongatha.How you will make contributions that matter:You’ll support our onsite Reliability team and will implement and execute on the Automation and Manufacturing Systems Strategy.Key elements of your role will include:

• Reliability support of day-to-day issues arising with our production equipment
• Automation and technical support including network and SCADA updates and cybersecurity
• Project Support and site strategy
• Managing vendor relationships and being the key contact for external partners on site.

In this role you will contribute to improving production uptime and driving efficiencies. You’ll build strong relationships, both within your team and with the broader Operations teams on site.About youTo be successful you’ll need:

• A current Victorian Electrical licence, Trade Qualification – Cert 3 in Electro Technology or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within an industrial environment
• Fault finding experience and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
• Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
• Commitment to Health and Safety standards

Experience in PLC Programming, SCADA and / or Robotic Automation would be highly regarded.We’ll support you with:
