Position Overview:-
The 3 available positions are based on a 38 hour week paying above award pay + super + penalties as well as providing PPE & uniforms (after probation). You will be joining a friendly & professional team and will be working in a clean workshop environment with good working conditions.
Your main responsibilities and duties will include:-
- Fabricate and assemble custom switchboards for mining applications
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
- Ensure all work meets stringent quality and safety standards
- Perform testing and troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Your experience, skill set and qualifications will include:-
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous switchboard building experience
- Competent in control wiring
- Strong understanding of Australian electrical standards and regulations
- Generator Maintenance would be an advantage
- Forklift license considered an advantage
Salary Range:- Attractive hourly rate + penalties, PPE & uniforms (after probation), dependent on experience level
