Electrician

My Australia Direct Pty Ltd is currently accepting applications for the position of “Electrician” in Orangeville, NSW.
Our client provides quality tradesmen, licensed electricians, trade assistants and labourers for commercial needs in the construction industry. Duties will include interpretation of electrical diagrams and schematics, power and lighting installations, control system fault finding and other general electrician tasks.
This position is on a full-time basis and with hourly rate between $48.07-$55.66 per hour ($94,986.32 to $109,984.16 annually) depending on experience plus superannuation on offer.
Main Duties:
Reading drawings
Installation of cable tray and ladder rack
Installation of mains power and lighting
Glanding and terminating
Installation of CAT 6 and fibreoptic cables
Terminating CAT 6 data cables
Testing and commissioning
Supervision of less experienced electricians in the team
Follow all health and safety requirements to make sure job was completed in a safe manner
Experience/Qualifications and Skills Required
At least 3 years relevant experience as an Electrician
Relevant trade qualification preferred
Cabling experience
Previous experience with rigorous quality assurance procedures and testing
