Electrician/AV Technician

Palmers TV are seeking an experienced & licensed Electrician or AV tech to join our professional team on a full-time basis, taking responsibility for the delivery and installation of a range of systems.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Installation of building automation, audio visual tech, home cinema, data & security, or access control systems 
• Roughing in and termination of cables
• Hardware fit off
• Programming and commissioning
• Fault finding and maintenance work
• Working in a mixture of residential, commercial & government projects

Experience & attributes: 

• Prior experience as an electrician & Electrical license
• Security license & registered cabler qualifications
• Relevant construction cards (white card, asbestos, etc)
• Current driver’s license
• Confident use of tools & equipment
• Effective communication & attention to detail
• Reliable punctuality & excellent personal presentation
• Passionate about new technology
• Ability to work with care in prestige properties
