FIFO role

Rates equivalent to $82.50 per hour (flat rate)             

Applicants please note: This role is for Perth based applicants who will be employed on a casual basis. 

9 days on, 5 days off roster. Some flexibility to the roster may be accepted.

Rates are paid at $61.05 per hour plus penalties, plus $3 per hour Location Allowance. Based on the above mention roster this works out to be $82.50 per hour (flat).

Due to continued business growth, GCo Australia is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Industrial Electricians to join our team.

Qualification requirements:

• Current Australian Driver’s license
• WA “A” Grade Electrical Worker’s License
• OHS White/Blue Card
• Working at Heights (Current within 2 years)
• High Risk Work license – WP
• CPR (current within 12 months)
• HV Switching Qualification
• Certificate IV Hazardous Areas/ EEHA (desired)

Skills:

• Ability to operate autonomously and have excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work to the highest level of safety and quality as per Australian and GCo Australia Standards
• Excellent time management skills
• Working well in a team and in pressure situations

Applicants need to be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen, complete online inductions and reference checking. Applicants will also need to provide a national police check no older than 6 months if employed.
