Professional and well-rounded Service Technician seeking to utilize your skills to problem solve and provide long term exceptional service to all stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE:
 
Access Control years experience with Gallagher, Years with Integrity, Concept and Inception. Some exposure to BOSCH, NESS and HILLS systems.

CCTV.

Some Years experience with Milestone and Dallmeier.

Genetec, Geutebruck, IndigoVision and HIKVISION

SERVICE:

Service Technician - Installation of medium to large-scale projects and servicing a variety of existing systems.

Managing subcontractors and apprentices.

Coordinating day to day tasks, overseeing the methods and procedures in use to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met.

Experience dealing with clients on a daily basis and learning how best to meet and exceed their expectations.
Take pride in delivering a high standard of work and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Utilizing my knowledge in the field by training junior staff, providing demonstrations and giving advise to clients where needed.

Able to work under high pressure and deliver effective strategies and solutions.

Involvement in system cut-overs and upgrades.

Managing networks, servers, SQL Databases and active directory.
