THE ROLE:
As a Service Engineer, you will report directly to the Victorian Survey Manager and be responsible for the following duties:
- Servicing Leica GPS & TPS. The regular repair of assigned Leica products such as :
TPS(TPS400/700/800,TPS1100,TPS1200,TS11/15/16 & iCon, Flexline,TS60/MS60,TS03,07,10 & iCon)
- Support customers with technical inquiries
- Liaising with clients, direct, phone and email
- Record keeping, quotes and assist with data recording
- Troubleshooting and analysing problem issues for iCon, Viva & Captivate.
- At least 4 years experiences with Leica TPS/GPS products
- Specific training undergone in Leica factory in Heerbrugg
- Experience in preparing Leica Service Audit
- Extensive knowledge of Leica GPS products, GPS1200 and GS15
- Extensive knowledge of Leica TPS products TPS(TPS400/700/800,TPS1100,TPS1200,TS11/15/16,Flexline,TS60/MS60,TS03,07,10)
- Desire to learn new technologies and skills, both via training and self-learning.
- Work in a team environment is a must and the ability to work autonomously
