A fantastic opportunity has presented itself at our Whitford store, for a parental leave replacement role.
This is a hands on role covering all areas of retail, you will be responsible for all aspects of the business to ensure sales budgets and store kpi's are exceeded.
These include:
- Mentoring, managing and developing team members
- Developing a collaborative, fun, results driven team environment
- Creative visual merchandising and managing inventory
- Setting monthly rosters and managing staffing requirements
- Ensure implementation of company policies
- Participate in recruitment and selection of team members

The successful candidate:
You will be highly motivated and have leading sales skills. You will be a strong team player and a natural leader. Having previous management experience and a deep understanding of the retail industry (essential). You will have great communication skills and have the ability to motivate staff and generate sales.
