These opportunities are across Melbourne, Western Sydney, and Canberra. However, we still encourage you to apply if you live outside of these areas.
Skilled and experienced Defence candidates with demonstrated strengths in the following areas:
- Guided Weapons Engineer
- Systems Engineer Explosive Ordnance
- Project Manager, Project Support
- Commercial Manager, Commercial Support
- Integrated Logistic Support (ILS)
What we would like from you:
- An Engineering degree in a suitable field and at least 2 years relevant experience, or a technical/trade background with 8+ years of demonstratable relevant Defence experience
- A demonstrably elevated level of professional knowledge on guided weapon systems and or Explosive Ordnance
- Relevant experience in engineering artefact development and review activities.
- A demonstrably high level of professional knowledge on applicable weapon systems, equipment, or technology.
- Experience using ASDEFCON principles.
- Guided weapons / munitions,
- Defence technical regulatory frameworks (preferably Guided weapons / EO),
- Explosive ordnance, materiel management, technical management,
- Certification/integration activities, and EO / weapons-related Land, Sea, and Air operations experience
Desirable Skills:
- Experience working to support defence acquisition or sustainment projects.
- Familiarity and conversance with some or all the following:
