Role: Embedded Software/Systems Engineer

Salary: $80,000 - 120,000 + Super

Location: Adelaide, SA

What we're after:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, laying the foundation for your journey.
• At least 2-5 years of hands-on experience in software-hardware co-design, showcasing your depth of knowledge.
• Proven track record with microprocessors, ARM/STM32 processors, and PLC control systems, along with Linux platform proficiency.
• Demonstrated ability spanning firmware to GUI development, highlighting your versatility.
• Hands-on experience integrating Embedded software with 3rd party hardware APIs, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Proficiency in the software development lifecycle, from design to testing, documentation, and support, showcasing your comprehensive skill set.

Desirable Experience:

• Exposure to real-time embedded systems within space or defense applications, offering a unique perspective.
• Familiarity with digital and hybrid feedback control systems, demonstrating your adaptability.
• Knowledge of mesh-networking protocols implementation, paving the way for interconnected solutions.
• Expertise in designing and utilizing digital signal processing and analog-to-digital interfaces, adding depth to your capabilities.
• Experience in developing resilient diagnostic systems for remote assets, ensuring operational continuity.
• Familiarity with applying machine learning techniques for complex data analysis, unlocking new insights.
• Proficiency in test equipment control for automated Validation and Verification, streamlining processes.
• Experience in simulating physical systems, providing invaluable insights.
