• Demonstrated experience in delivery of reward initiatives and knowledge of superannuation (AU)
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated project and change management implementation experience
• Attention to detail and ability to simplify complex problems into understandable advice and actionable solutions
• A positive, action oriented, self-motivated approach to work
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, consulting, and negotiation skills
