Lead the development and execution of the Government Agency's Employer Branding strategy to attract and engage top talent focusing on enhancing the agency's Employer Brand image across multiple channels, building
relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring consistency in messaging and Employer Value Proposition.
Key accountabilities include:
- Develop and execute an Employer Branding strategy aligned with the agency's Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
- Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and talent operations team for targeted Employer Branding campaigns.
- Create engaging content including testimonials, videos, blog posts, and social media campaigns.
- Measure impact and effectiveness of Employer Branding activities.
- Analyse and report campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the agency.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR or business, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience in Employer Branding or recruitment marketing.
- Knowledge of design tools and effective recruitment marketing channels.
- Exceptional relationship building skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Analytical capability.
