• Collaborate with employers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients

• Contribute to team meetings and initiatives aimed at enhancing our services

Requirements:

• Passion for helping others achieve their career aspirations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Previous experience in recruitment or customer service is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of the building and construction industry is a plus
