You will challenge the status quo, deliver with speed and urgency and exceed expectations to join the Sarina Russo Team. This is a full time role working 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday based in one of the locations below:

• Taylors Lake
• Werribee
• St Albans 

The Job

• Achieve KPI’s linked to placing jobseekers into sustainable employment
• Organise appropriate interventions and strategies to help job seekers find and maintain employment
• Deliver high quality, timely, professional recruitment and training services to our jobseekers
• Business develop – sourcing and maintaining ongoing relationships with employers and community groups
• Adhere to contractual compliance processes and procedures

• Excellent relationship building, business development and marketing skills
• Team player
• Ability to help customers from all walks of life
• Excellent communications skills
• Work well under pressure and juggle multiple tasks 
• Strong digital and administration skills
• Positive and energetic attitude a must
