YOU Queensland is looking for a full time team member to deliver Employment Supports to our participants on the Fraser Coast between Maryborough, Hervey Bay and Surrounds.
Your role will be to assist participants with skill development, social development, work readiness, obtaining suitable goal related employment and supporting participants on the job where required. Assisting our participants to become job ready through capacity building, identifying appropriate job opportunities, and providing on the job support in their employment or work experience.

- Team members who have experience working with people with disability preferably in an employment or community access position.
- You will need to be qualified or willing to obtain a Certificate III Individual Support (enrolment is required within the first 3 months of employment)
- You must have First Aid, CPR, Blue Card, Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening.
- You must have a drivers licence and own reliable, fully insured vehicle.
- Generally Monday to Friday business hours, occasional work outside these hours may be required depending on client employment.
