We're looking for an End User Support Analyst who is passionate about helping customers win. As a member of our team, you'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for End User computing, mobility, technologies, and devices
  • Ensure EUC and Mobility devices meet security and compliance standards
  • Actively engage in all Service Management processes
  • Provide support and maintenance to other workplace services and printers

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience supporting and managing End User Computing devices
  • Platforms administration (SCCM and Intune/MEM)
  • Technologies (Windows 10/11, Android, iOS, Office 365)
  • Printing Technologies – Managed Print devices and small label printers
  • Devices (Computers, Mobiles, Printers, Teams Rooms Consoles)
  • Processes (SOE, Imaging, Application Packaging, Patching)
  • ITIL Certification is a plus
