Western Health offers great opportunities to provide clinical care as part of a dynamic collegiate tertiary diabetes and endocrinology service.An opportunity currently exists to provide clinical care in specialist diabetes and endocrinology clinics to contribute to providing public healthcare. This position will be as an adult endocrinologist as part of the Diabetes Foot Unit inpatient ward service and outpatient clinic.Multidisciplinary Ward Rounds are conducted on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.To be Successful in this Role, you will have:
- Strong communication skills to optimise best care for our patients
- Dedication to participate in the governance, quality improvement and research activities of the Unit
- Strong focus on education and training, and enthusiasm for supporting junior medical and other relevant staff within the unit
