Annual Salary Range: $65,000 to $75,000 plus 11%Superannuation

About the role
We are seeking Endorsed Enrolled Nurse(s) to join our innovative and committed team at Penshurst and District Health Service.
The successful applicant will work in collaboration with the Registered Nurse /s and other members of the health care team to provide person centred care to residents in the residential aged care facility and acute area with the participation of family and carers in their care.
The successful applicant will be involved in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of allocated and delegated nursing care activities to assist the patient/resident to meet care needs and health outcomes and have an understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.

You will bring:
- AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- Ideally, experience and knowledge in Aged Care
- Ideally, an understanding of the AN-ACC and Aged Care Standards
- Recent Nursing experience in a clinical setting
