Working within our Water Operations team, the Graduate Engineer/Intern is involved in supporting the maintenance team on the end-to-end project rollout, you will be involved in creating and uploading maintenance plans, adding assets, supporting stock inventory, purchasing, document processes, system optimisation, training users and more.
Any previous experiences in system implementation or Dynamics365 system would be an advantage, however, training, development, and support would be provided to the successful candidate(s).
In this role you will:
- Work with the Dynamics365 Project Manager in system improvement and train users in Dynamics365 use (application and desktop).
- Document processes involving setup and use of the Asset Management System.
- Support the Asset Manager and Water Operations team in the use of our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), including administration and optimisation of the CMMS.
- Assist the Scheme Implementation and Water Operations teams with commissioning and transition to operation of projects including greenfield LWCs, brownfield LWC upgrades, water distribution and sewerage networks and project management systems implementation.
- Contribute to the development, implementation and improvement of relevant Business Management System documentation, including procedures, Safe Work Method Statements, operation and maintenance manuals, training packages, etc.
What will you bring to the role?
- Relevant tertiary education in Engineering, with Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred. Open to recent graduates and those who are near completion
- General understanding of some water and wastewater treatment processes preferred
- Positive team-orientated attitude, working collaboratively as well as autonomously in a small enterprise environment.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Dynamics365 asset management experience preferred.
