About the role: 

• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Maintenance & Quality teams to identify ongoing issues and aim to improve overall equipment productivity, reliability, and production continuity
• Deep dive into issues to find the root cause of the problem across the areas of, safety, quality, productivity, people, and continuous improvement
• Understand the goals of the department and team to contribute your skills and knowledge across CAPEX projects, CI, quality, installation, and much more. 
• Provide support to project outcomes and implementation

You will have the following:

• A drive for the responsibility of having production run at its optimal through detailed analysis of equipment and technical expertise.
• Tertiary qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 
•  Experience working within an FMCG, or manufacturing environment is desirable. 
• Positive, proactive, and self-motivated
• Exceptional communication skills
• Capability to work within a diverse, multi-functional environment and have the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders effectively
