THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a proactive and supportive Engineering Liaison Supervisor to join us at Bayswater. You will be leading a team to support production build queries and ensuring timely and accurate feedback is provided to all departments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and mentor the Engineering Liaison Team
Provide timely support to Production
Attend morning production meetings and ensure effective communication between shifts
Participate on the weekly analysis of chassis changes
Report chassis change order status and Production Liaison Requests to management
Review monthly expenses for the team
Other duties and projects as required
ABOUT YOU
Degree in Engineering
Solid understanding of Production processes
Basic knowledge around vehicle applications, service requirements, ADRs and Corporate Standards
Ability to interpret Engineering information and drawings
Experience with Six Sigma preferred
Mechanical experience is highly regarded
Strong computer skills inc. JDE/Roads and MS Office
Outstanding problem-solving and communication skills
