Salary: $73,150 per annum + Superannuation.
Full Time: 38 hours per week

About the role:
The role is an Engineering Technologist. It is intended that the person would be working closely with engineering design teams and integrate new processes into the production team via handling process review procedures. Establishing production documentation and coordination of the production team assigned to the new process.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Read interprets blueprints, technical drawing, schematics, or computer-granted reports.
New innovations in related to Metal Manufacturing
Inspect and maintain press braking operative equipment for conformance with safety requirements.
Ensure to correct issues related to safety before performing operations.
Prioritize production runs to assure customer orders are concluded on time, maximize machine run time plus productivity.
Operate fabricator, begin machine and supervise displays plus machine operations to identify malfunction.
Head responsibility to maximize material use by applying nesting techniques and client tooling.
Inspects all manufactured parts following work in process inspections methods and ensures to accomplish engineering specifications.
Resolve quality as well as mechanical problems and repair minor issues along with equipment adjustments as required.
Improved the knowledge and skills in Auto card drawings, cad software
Use specialized software (Autocad, SolidWorks) to assist the production process
Qualification:
Bachelor is Engineering
Skills & Experience:
Min 2 years of relevant work experience
Technical Skills: Pro E, AutoCAD, ANSYS, Solid works, Automation Studio, Math Lab, Arduino, Kiel micro vision, ISIS, ARM, MCU, PLC, Soldering/de-Soldering, Troubleshooting, CNC Machines, oscilloscope, Multimeter
Soft Skills: Interpersonal skills, collaboration, communication, efficiency
