National Capital Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse's with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high quality patient care to join our established nursing team in our Casual pool. As an Enrolled Nurse your responsibilities will include: · Provide evidenced based nursing care · Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team · Ensure patient and staff safety · Demonstrates responsibility and accountability for the delivery of nursing care and ensure practices within own level of clinical competence · Provide supervision, teaching and guidance to peers, Graduates and Students Challenging and rewarding opportunity that promotes work life balance in a supportive team environment Essential Criteria: · Current Registration with AHPRA · Commitment to Quality Patient Care · Compliance with ACQSHC National standards · Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills · Excellent communication and customer service skills · Works well independently and within a team Why Healthscope?When you join Healthscope, you become part of our Community of Care. Applications close: 18th March 2024 If you are successful in the role, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant registered nursing experience against the current Healthscope and NSWNMA/ANMF- ACT Nurse and Midwives' -Enterprise Agreement 2022, a salary ranging from $35.0979 - $38.1843 per hour.
