Enrolled Nurse - Casual PoolAbout the roleMater Private Hospital Redlands are currently seeking qualified Enrolled Nurses to join their Casual Pool team.Availability and flexibility are of great importance to the Casual Talent Pool community, which also offers our EN's the opportunity to be exposed to different areas of Redlands Mater Private Hospital and gain valuable experience.We prefer all casuals to be available to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week on varying shifts as advised across a 24/7 period.Salary range: $34.84 - $37.10 (Enrolled Nurse) per hour + casual loading+ superannuation + NFP Salary Packaging up to $15,900What you'll be doingAs a Casual PoolEnrolled Nurse, you will provide high standard of patient centred nursing care. Enrolled Nurse core responsibilities are supporting patients in the activities of daily living, assisting in meeting basic human needs and recognising the normal and abnormal assessment, intervention and evaluation of patient health and functional status with ongoing communication with VMOs, Allied Health professionals and team members within the unit.Salary range: $34.84 - $37.10 (EN1) per hour plus superannuation and casual loadingAbout youTo be considered suitable for the EN Casual Talent community you will be:

• Current AHPRA registration (without restriction)
• Minimum 12 months post graduate nursing/midwifery experience
• Flexibility to perform in various wards, adaptability to seamlessly integrate into different teams and work under different NUMs
• Consistent availability to complete shifts at short notice
• Commitment to excellence in nursing practice and professional development
• Demonstrated ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team
• Basic computer skills and proven ability to use health information systems
