Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen within Community Health for an experienced, enthusiastic and dedicated Enrolled Nurse to provide a person-centred care in a community setting.
Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, the Enrolled Nurse will provide clinical services encompassing palliative care, wound management, primary health care and rehabilitation working across multiple sites in the Lower North Region including Clare and Riverton Community Health sites.
Eligibility
All applicants must be enrolled or eligible for enrolment as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate with prior experience in providing nursing care in the health care setting in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
The successful applicant will have effective verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment, ability to maintain confidentiality and ability to prioritise workload.
