About the Role
Our Day Surgery Unit is seeking an Enrolled Nurse (IV Qualified) to join the team in 12-month fixed, part-time maternity cover role. Possibility of extension will be considered for the right candidate.

Your Skills and Experience
- Current Registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse (IV Qualified)
- 12 months acute care clinical experience (surgical preferred)
- Previous experience in a day surgery unit desired though not essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment individually and in a team as required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Remuneration
On offer is an hourly rate ranging from $34.57 - $38.61 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD EEN level 1-2 gr1-gr6) [FTE $68,310.32 – $76,293.36]
About Our Hospital
St Andrew’s Ipswich Private Hospital is a 203-bed, fully accredited advanced surgical, medical and obstetric hospital situated 5 mins from the Ipswich CBD.
We are located in the medical precinct of Ipswich, with specialist rooms within a 5 minute walk of the hospital. Parking is available in the hospital car park and in the surrounding streets.
Our hospitals services include emergency, perioperative, critical care, intensive care, coronary care, HDU, day oncology, renal dialysis, maternity, paediatrics, medical, surgical and rehabilitation. We are equipped with a gymnasium, an onsite retail pharmacy, radiology, and offer pathology and allied health services.
Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases, which may include Covid-19.
