AddressDon't miss this wonderful opportunity to join Homeless Healthcare! We are looking for experienced Enrolled Nurses and Registered Nurses for a variety of shifts across the service.
Homeless Healthcare is a dynamic, not for profit organisation providing healthcare to people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness in Perth. The organisation runs mobile GP clinics in various settings across Perth, including drop-in centres, crisis and transitional accommodation services, residential rehabilitation, women’s refuges, street outreach, and a hospital in-reach program.
We are also currently seeking highly competent and reliable ENs and RNs for shifts at our 20-bed Medical Respite Centre. The Medical Respite Centre is in operation 24/7, 7 days per week. Full and part time and day, afternoon and evening shifts available, flexibility to cover sick and annual leave is also desirable.
To be successful, applicants must be confident in making autonomous decisions and be able to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment to achieve best patient outcomes.
Essential Requirements:
• Enrolled or Registered Nurse with current unrestricted AHPRA registration.
• At least 3 years experience
• National Police Clearance
• Current CPR certification
• Current immunisation certificate (or working towards)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite
• Full, unrestricted driver’s license
Desirable Requirements:
• Mental health, drug and alcohol nursing experience
• Competent in use of clinical software
• Spirometry, wound care, ECG, phlebotomy, immunisations
• Community or ED experience
