Position Description
We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Enrolled Nurses to provide care for our clientele in Bundaberg.
- Location: Bundaberg, Queensland
- Training: Thorough training provided with support on hand
Client Needs:
- Epilepsy management
- Respiratory care
- Bladder management
- Dysphagia management
Role Involves:
- Medication administration
- PEG feeding
- Oxygen therapy
- Suctioning
Given the complexity of support required, the successful candidate will be given extensive training and support.
Start Date & Working Hours
- Immediate Start
- 24/7 roster
Pay Rates
We offer competitive hourly rates as follows:
- Day Shift: $39.36 per hour
- Afternoon Shift: $43.30 per hour
- Night Shift: $44.09 per hour
- Saturday Shift: $59.04 per hour
- Sunday Shift: $68.88 per hour
- Inactive Sleepover: $200
- Travel Allowance: $0.96 per KM plus respective hourly rate for travel time
Responsibilities
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-level complex coordinated care and support
- Conducting daily skin checks
- Assisting with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming
- Collaborating effectively within a dynamic team
- Thriving in a complex work environment
- Demonstrating autonomy and collaboration as needed
- Delivering person-centered care with dignity, respect, and compassion
Required Skills & Experience
To be considered for this position, you should possess:
- Australian Driver's License
- Equivalent Qualification in Nursing
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current NDIS Worker Screening
- Current First Aid / CPR Certificate
- Immunisation History Statement (evidence of COVID vaccinations)
- Reliability, proactivity, and a positive attitude
