About the Role 
Swinburne University is seeking a qualified and dedicated Enrolment Specialist (VET) to join our team. This role is critical to the student experience at Swinburne and provides support to students through their studies in a friendly and approachable way.

As an Enrolment Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert course advice to VET students on enrolment and study plan management. It serves as the primary point of contact for VET teaching areas, academics, curriculum, students, and other university departments for specialized enrolment information and study plan guidance.

About You  
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities: 

  • Significant experience in the coordination of student client services functions and demonstrated ability to deliver high quality services to a range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills and the ability to establish and communicate clear priorities from competing demands.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of VE, Higher Education and foundation administrative process and legislative requirements.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to investigate and make informed decisions regarding complex issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills including the ability to provide advice and support to staff, students, and internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
Degree with subsequent relevant experience; or Extensive experience and specialist expertise or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields; or An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
