Join Philips as an Enterprise Agility Coach within our Impact360 Program. Be a key player in driving business agility and customer-centricity through global agile transformations, collaborating with multidisciplinary experts to deliver impactful, integrated solutions.
Your Role:
As an Enterprise Agility Coach, you will lead the End-to-End Enterprise Agile Transformation to enhance business agility and customer-centricity across Philips.
You will be part of the Impact360 Team within Enterprise Excellence, collaborating with experts in Design Thinking, Lean, Change Management, and Performance Management to implement customer-centered solutions.
Detail and refine transformation roadmaps, support global Business Units, and train senior leadership on Lean-Agile mindsets and transformational leadership behaviours.
Optimize agile practices, build a culture of continuous improvement, and leverage storytelling and communication to drive change across various teams and projects.
You're the Right Fit if:
You hold a master’s degree in a relevant field and have over 10 years of experience, including 5-6 years as an Agile coach or in a similar role.
You have certified Scaled Agile or similar agile certifications, and hands-on experience with modern backlog management tools.
You possess a background in systems thinking, applying various coaching techniques, and methodologies within Continuous Improvement (CI), Design Thinking, and Agile domains.
You are an excellent communicator in English, both written and spoken, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a drive for business impact
