We continue to grow at Detmold Group, and we’re pleased to offer the newly created position of Enterprise Application Manager as part of an exciting ERP implementation project across multiple locations in Australia and Asia.

Based in Adelaide, SA and reporting to the Senior ERP Project Manager, you’ll manage and support a portfolio of applications and technology solutions and have overall responsibility for the architecture, support, maintenance, monitoring, deployment and enhancement of software applications.
You’ll plan and oversee the technical development by internal and vendor led teams and work collaboratively with business units delivering technical solutions that meet goals and objectives.
As the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendor partners, your abilities to collaborate and work with diverse teams will be keys to your success.
In terms of specific responsibilities, you will:
- Lead and manage Enterprise Applications to deliver high quality applications, system design and delivery processes.
- Manage the operational delivery and technical support of Enterprise Applications including requirements analysis, high level, and detailed design.
- Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams across the project lifecycle to ensure outputs meet businesses requirements, producing reliable, safe, secure, and stable systems.
- Ensure technical requirements documentation is maintained, requirements are tracked through implementation and knowledge transfer occurs through training.
- Work collaboratively to identify and prioritise organisational needs and assist with the development of business cases.
- Identify key Enterprise Application requirements to ensure the application technology elements are met.
About you
What you’ll need:
- Extensive experience in a similar role, ideally in a manufacturing/warehousing environment.
- A sound knowledge/proven experience in enterprise ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) applications, and other company wide applications covering configuration, customization, and integration.
- A willingness to learn and understand our business, our strategy, and the project.
- Proven success in providing strong and positive leadership to small teams.
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Experience in application development or management and integration of secure-by-design best practice into corporate applications, cloud products and a variety of web technologies.
- A degree qualification in computer science or a related discipline.
