Your opportunity:

Our Digital and Information Group have an exciting opportunity for an innovative Enterprise Architect Lead to join our Strategy and Performance team, based in Fortitude Valley.

In this newly created position, you will be key in enabling the collaborative approach to developing Urban Utilities architecture vision and delivery of this, from initial shaping of ideas, roadmap development and solution identification that enables the realisation of outcomes delivered by projects and product teams.

Working closely with key stakeholders, senior leaders, product and project teams, the role will ensure the alignment of the corporate and digital strategies, architecture vision and enterprise transformation activities and technology directions.

About you:

• Tertiary qualifications in an Information Technology related field or equivalent experience in a medium to large organisation
• Demonstrated experience in Enterprise and Solutions Architecture within a large enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture tools and methodologies.
• In-depth experience of working within large complex organisations, developing strategies, approaches, solutions, and integration across a mixture of legacy and contemporary technologies and systems.
• Proven conceptual and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather and interpret a fact-base of business, technical and financial information and the synthesis of this to inform planning, options and meaningful business insights
• Strategic thinking with the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Project management skills and experience overseeing the implementation of architectural solutions.
• Possess excellent communication and presentation skills with strong stakeholder engagement skills across all levels within the business  (including the ability to establish relationships, facilitate workshops, consult and influence both business and technical people)
