About the Company

About the Role

• Act as an escalation point assisting with complex technical issues and providing downwards transfer of knowledge and processes.
• Provide proof of concept (POC) solution design relating to hardware acceptability and configuration.
• Define templates + images, along with build process documentation for warehouse team.
• Provide post installation analysis and performance tuning at an advanced level to analyse device performance to identify and rectify faults.

Skills & Experience

• Tertiary qualifications in IT.
• 5+ years' experience in a Telco provider or Managed Services Provider.
• Extensive experience with Wi-fi technologies
• Extensive experience with Linux operating systems.
• Thorough knowledge on TCP/IP networking.
