We are seeking an Enterprise Service Desk Manager to be accountable for overseeing and managing service delivery to CSPD.
The Enterprise Service Desk Manager is accountable for:
Managing and monitoring the delivery of high quality, customer-centric first and second-level Service Desk services and programs to support CSPD offices, schools and other sites
Being the primary point of contact for business areas for Service Desk functions and business processes
Working closely with all service areas to proactively address ticket resolution and service improvement through the Enterprise Service Desk
Leading reviews of current business processes to identify, analyse and implement business requirements to enhance service delivery
Managing projects related to Service Desk enhancements with vendors and service providers.
Typical experience & qualifications:
Tertiary qualification in a relevant area of study
Management and leadership experience
Stakeholder management experience
Negotiation, conflict management and interpersonal skills
