About the Role
As Customer Sales & Services officer, you will be a key part of our Watersports team and will enjoy a pivotal and exciting sales & support role. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Handling customer queries and concerns and managing the overall customer experience
- Incoming and outgoing phone calls with a strong focus on growing existing customer base
- Completing all stages of the sales process including soliciting and processing orders
- Ongoing proactive customer relationship management
- Liaising with logistics, warehouse and other teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Process returns and credit
- Being a team player who can work within a small team to achieve sales targets
About You
The successful candidate plays a critical role in maintaining our Water Sports customer value proposition and is expected to bring the following capabilities to the role.
- Previous experience working in a sales and/or Customer Service environment
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent phone manner and Customer Service approach
- Interpersonal and relationship-building experience – professional yet personable manner
- Must be proactive, high attention to detail orientated coupled with strong time management/multi-tasking abilities.
- Solid work ethic with a can-do and positive attitude
- Great problem-solving, negotiation and organisational skills
- Works well independently and within a team environment
- Good computer skills – MS Excel
- Interest in active outdoor lifestyle
