Your New Role
Full time role open to Melbourne OR Sydney based candidates
In this role you will be r
esponsible for Aware’s Enterprise SIT Management, including vision, strategy, and delivery of agreed practice services. You will Design, Build and Operate SIT Testing Services enabling Aware to Plan, Schedule, Govern & Release software to a known and measured level of quality and performance.
You will Lead the SIT Testing Planning and Delivery Cycles and establish the Testing capability Centre of Excellence.
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:
10 Years experience project management and Enterprise scale software testing experience
Previously lead the implementation Enterprise Scale testing services within highly regulated digital environments
Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking, planning and execution skills
Demonstrable track record with complex multi-cloud multi-vendor multi portfolio environments
Demonstratable experience leading Agile Testing teams using Agile Release Trains and program planning cycles
Demonstratable knowledge and experience implementing SIT Testing framework at scale
Experience consulting and senior stakeholder management skills
Certified Safe Release Train Engineer and demonstratable commitment to ongoing skills development.
