THE ROLE
-Provide high level customer service for entertainment clients
-Handle all delegated tasks within given timeframes
-Assist with bookings for air, hotel, rail & ground transportation
-Process administrative tasks related to enquiries & requests
-Ensuring SLAs are met for clients

ABOUT YOU
You will need to have a travel background, having worked in a similar role, where you have acquired excellent fares knowledge and have used a GDS, preferably Galileo.
