The Traineeship Program:
Traineeship opportunity is now available at our Fairlight Campus. Our Traineeship Program aims to aid individuals passionate about launching their careers in the Early Childhood Education sector. Through our program, participants can pursue a nationally accredited qualification while acquiring essential on-the-job experience at our campuses.
OAC is proud to collaborate with Kool Kids and TAFE as our training providers, ensuring that our trainees receive the top-notch training experience. Our experienced campus team is dedicated to supporting your educational journey and offering guidance throughout your traineeship.
Traineeship Timeframe:

• Full-time Traineeships are between 12-18 months.
• Part-time Traineeships are between 24-36 months.

Traineeship Requirements:

• Holds AU Citizenship, Permanant Residency or VISA with no working AND studying restrictions for a 24-month period.
• Currently obtain or is willing to obtain Working with Childrens Check.
• Candidate must be open to complete a Functions Assessment as part of the selection process.
