Entry-Level VIP & Data Acquisition Associate (6-month Contract)

Terrapinn Australia is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level VIP & Data Acquisition Associate. This role is perfect for someone who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and enjoys conducting database research and tele-marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify and locate contact details of VIPs and key stakeholders who are not currently in our database
- Compile and input acquired data accurately into our database
- Utilise various communication channels, including phone calls and emails, to engage with potential VIP attendees
- Assist in crafting and sending out email communications, using templates provided by our marketing team
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in data input to ensure the effectiveness of email campaigns
- Aim to achieve daily targets of approximately 60-70 calls and the addition of 30-40 confirmed email addresses to the database
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate
- Comfortable making cold calls and conducting outreach efforts
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and internet research
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as database research or tele-marketing, is advantageous but not essential
