AddressWe are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Assistant to join our Product Logistics Team in Somerton to provide general assistance and ensure day-to-day Product Service Level Agreement (SLA) operations are met as well as maintaining internal and external customer satisfaction.
This is a Full-Time opportunity for 16 months (maximum-term contract).
Key Responsibilities
- Scanning / invoicing / labelling of Product being despatched on a daily basis.
- Checking incoming containers and ensuring binning within 24 hrs of container arrival.
- Monitor SAP to ensure all outbound & inbound transfers are completed in full and SLA's are met.
- Checking outbound freight to ensure the goods are presented appropriately & ready for despatch to minimize errors (I.e. incorrect and unaddressed freight). Including the creation of manual connotes where required.
- Assist in producing reports such as “Picking Summary” & incoming/outgoing container reports.
- Coordinate daily transport bookings for all domestic carriers from the Somerton warehouse.
- Monitor, raise Purchase Orders and process invoices for all packaging material & consumable stock to ensure there is stock coverage.
The successful candidate will have:
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
- A high degree of attention to detail.
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience in a warehouse environment desirable.
- Experience using SAP will be advantageous.
