About the Role:
Reporting to the Procurement & Tender Officer, we are looking for a highly organised and confident individual who can assist in ensuring our contract management system and e-Tender portal is up to date and accurate at all times. In addition, you will provide professional and responsive procurement process to the Finance Department while maintaining government best practice in all areas of procurement.
This position is for 8 hours per week and while the successful candidate will be required to work from the Council office, how those hours are worked is up to you. Work one day a week or stretch it out, the choice is yours.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Proficiency in Word processing, Excel spreadsheet and database management.
- Data entry experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
